How do I view my point activity?
Just log into your account, then go to Shop & More>>Go Rewards at the top menu. Then, click on Account on the side bar to view your balance and activity.
How do I redeem my points?
Click on your available rewards vouchers to obtain a code (starts with an “LL”). Then, enter this code at the Discount Code field in your cart.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No, the sky’s the limit when earning points!
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire after one year.
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'canceled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase, the points will change from pending to canceled.
If a friend that I referred cancels or returns his order, what happens to my points?
Unfortunately, your pending points will be canceled and removed from your account.
Why did my account balance decrease?
You, or someone that you referred either canceled or returned a purchase.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly. Your points can be redeemed for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the program?
Please contact us at support@gonutrients.com and ask to be unenrolled. When you unenroll, you will lose any points that you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
