Some doctor's have spoken out recently about the importance of selenium daily in all women's diets. Apparently we don't get enough of it and as we age it becomes even less. This product I'm reviewing is an organic, nonGMO herbal product. 6 drops daily with a meal is all it takes.
Started over a week ago. Two to six drops daily. Under tongue. Ftom first day felt different.. in a good way. Much more energy during the day. Fatigue is lifting . Sleeping better. Sleeping patterns much improved.

I didn't really notice an increase in energy, but I haven't taken it consistently. However, I know I don't get enough greens in my diet and I like that this solves that problem. Speaking of green: this stuff stains! When it gets on my hands, it's there to stay through at least a few hand washes. I imagine it would be impossible to get off clothing, but thankfully I haven't found that out...yet. Finally, I don't like the flavor of this by itself, but it's not noticeable when you add it to a drink.
